GENERAL CONDITIONS

EZKNEEL ("we", "us", or "our") provides a range of products for sale through our website. If you choose to use our website or buy our products, it signifies that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence, or you have provided us with your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We hold the right to deny service to anyone at any point in time for any reason. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible on our website. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that the visuals and descriptions will be entirely accurate, as minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur.

The prices of our products are liable to change without prior notice. We maintain the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, price variations, suspensions, or discontinuations of a product.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

By using a credit card or any other payment method that we accept, you assert and guarantee that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method can't be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Italy, and Germany. Depending on where we have stock, that is where we will ship out your order. This should not affect delivery times! However, if there are any issues with shipping to your location, we will contact you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

For returns due to change of mind and all refunds, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to us. If the item does not reach our return facility, we unfortunately cannot process refunds.

Upon receiving your item at our return facility, we will notify you about your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall EZKNEEL, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be held responsible for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

By consenting to EZKNEEL’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within our messages. Message and data rates may apply.

ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AGREEMENT

Arbitration: By using or purchasing EZKNEEL products or services, you agree that any controversy, claim, action, or dispute between you and EZKNEEL arising out of or relating to: (a) these Terms, or the breach thereof; or (b) your access to or use of EZKNEEL’s website or the services or the materials; or (c) any alleged violation of any federal or state or local law, statute, or ordinance (each such controversy or claim, a “Claim”), shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution in which parties agree to submit their disputes and potential disputes to a neutral third person (called an arbitrator) for a binding decision, instead of having such dispute(s) decided in a lawsuit, in court, by a judge or jury trial.

2. Class Action Waiver: You and EZKNEEL agree that you may bring or participate in Claims against EZKNEEL only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to update, alter, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
